Mr. Rajesh Chutia along with his Research Guide, Dr. Mukut Sarmah visited Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) for presenting a research paper on “Measuring the Library Anxiety Among 
the Users in the Central Government Funded Universities of Assam, India” in the 2019 ICLIS-Taipei (2019 International Conference on Library and Information Science) on “Linking, Informing and Sharing” held at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) during 11 – 13 July, 2019.
The Conference was chaired by CHEN, Joyce Chao-Chen, National Taiwan Normal University, R.O.C. (Taiwan) and Co-chaired by KE, Hao-Ren, Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan), R.O.C. (Taiwan); OH, Dong-Geun, International Library and Information Science Society (I-LISS), South Korea; TSAI, Chin-Chung, National Taiwan Normal University, R.O.C. (Taiwan); and TSENG, Yuen-Hsien, National Taiwan Normal University, R.O.C. (Taiwan). During the programme, 3 libraries viz., National Central Library, New Taipei City Library, National Taiwan University Library were visited.
